How to unlock the Ruler of the seven skies achievement in Goat Simulator - Definitive Guide
(Red targets=Pirate Ships) Really hard to hit, I found shooting from a distance as soon as you get them right in the middle of the crosshairs while moving forward if too far away seems to work.
You unlock the spaceship at $15,000.
Spaceship upgrade unlocks at $35,000 if you are struggling destroying ships.
I shot about 15 of them, in separate ships but in one sitting. So doesn't matter if you die or get destroyed.
They spawn in clusters of 2-3 ships in various areas close by.
Sorry I had to cut loads of footage as it took forever to kill the last one.
If you don't see any left to shoot, I'd eject from the ship and enter it again to try and fly to a different location. Sometimes you fly off too far from their view! (Thanks Bu5hr4ng3r)
controls all of your movement with inverted controls, it makes it very tricky.
controls the goats left foot, click to work each button. From left to right is brake/acceleration/boost/eject
Shoots
I thought the hardest part of this was getting used to the controls, but then i faced the pirates.
Just bare with it you'll master them

Personally, I found this more frustrating than 'The Flapmaster' achievement

Yeah you're probably right, it's been a long time since I did that though.. ☺️

The same as in the video on destroying cargo ships, only you need to destroy pirate ships (indicated by a red square). We fly by adjusting the lever in the middle (right stick) and speed up or slow down using the arrows on the ship's dashboard (left stick) + click on them (depending on the speed you need, click several times, until the ship stops completely or the speed is fast enough). An important point is that if you fly close enough to the ships and they are within your view from the cockpit, then the auto-guidance will work, all that remains is to fire the shot.

Pirates fly in groups of 2-5 ships. If such a group is attacked, try to kill everyone at once. If you leave one ship unfinished, it may malfunction and begin to fly very quickly in a circle, so that it will be impossible to hit it.

When hunting for pirates, do not shoot down cargo ships so that the police do not appear. Otherwise, the pirates will run away very quickly.

The same as with cargo ships. You can destroy more than one sitting. If they're shot down, you take your fighter and take down the rest. There are about 20 of them in total
