How to unlock the The Charter Trip achievement in Goat Simulator - Definitive Guide

Here's the guide I used and posted for the 360 version:

There are a total of 20 areas within the MMO map. A few marked below might not be needed for the achievement to unlock.

The easy ones that are listed on the map are:
Snowflake Factory
Gold Farm
Goatshire
Jousting Tournament
Gold Fields
Goatwind
Mermaid's Tail
Twistram
Alvesta
Glarblargle Beach
Bullgrurzh
Old Goat Mountain

The locations that weren't on the map are:
Twistram Cathedral - *highly miss-able!* on the west side of Twistram is a path that leads you up to the church. As soon as you walk in, the location changes and is counted.
Throne of Goatson - you have to complete the quest from DumbleDoor The Grey at Twistram. This will get you the "Not Again" achievement, as well as stuck out in space.
Your House - fairly missable, from the Adventurer's Path, the first building with an open door you see on the second floor is your room at Your House. You have to walk into that room for the location to change.
Launchpad - follow the path behind the lady that wants you to destroy the beehives up to the lake, then head towards the girl resting by a tree. Behind her and the tree is a hole that you must jump into. (This location might not be required for this to unlock, but will get you the "Music Non Stop" achievement.)
Server Room - entering Alvesta, head to the treehouses on the left, and jump out the window onto the landing beside the higher treehouse. From there, go up the walkway beside the STOP sign, where a panel seems to be open. (This location might not be required for this to unlock, but you need to go there to trash the room for the "Voluntary QA" achievement.)
Adventurer's Path - can't really miss, it's the pathway from Snowflake to Gold Farm
Goatwind Wall - can't miss while going to the portal for Goatwind
Old Goat Pass - can't really miss, the pathway connecting the beach and the mountain

Well done! The "Your House" location was the one I was missing.

I think if you are going for all the other achievements, "Your house" is the only one you can miss. For anyone checking this out in the future.

I've visited them all, multiple times, but still no achievement. anybody else have the same problem?

i still havent found jousting tournament, throne of goatson and lauchpad and i got the achievement.

was getting ticked I had visited every place in the game and no achievement. Turns out "your house" doesn't count unless you enter on the 2nd floor.

Can confirm, got every achievement without collectibles and needed top floor of "your house" to complete. wink

I've been everywhere on the list multiple times and haven't gotten this to pop yet. Is there a special trick for the Jousting Tournament? That's the only one I haven't seen the location text change for.

The walkthrough tells you not to go to your house and go straight for the collectable nearby, that's the one I was missing!

This popped for me on "Your House". I'd played a lot back in the day so maybe I visited all other spots? I dunno, maybe it's a little glitchy?

This achievement is buggy; the game did not give me credit (that I could see) for the "Jousting Tournament" and the achievement popped before I'd gotten to all of the areas. I know that I had not yet gone to "Server Room" or "Goatwind" at the very least.

There are 16 locations in the game. As you are traveling through the game collecting the golden goat statues for “Love or Hate?”, you will pass through all but one of these locations, which is ‘Your House’ (in Goatshire). Here’s a list of all the zones and a video showing them:

  1. Snowflake Factory
  2. Adventurer’s Path
  3. Gold Farm
  4. Goatshire
  5. Your House (in Goatshire)
  6. Gold Fields
  7. Goatwind Wall
  8. Goatwind (go through the blue portal)

Most likely you will get it by doing previous trophies. If you don’t get it, try going into the houses at the starting location. Particulars in Goatshire and Twistram.
