Some context would be great for this guide. Videos with nothing else will get ignored by everyone who prefers to read. It's quicker to read and it allows you to try it out without seeing the whole complete answer. So a combination of text and a video is perfect. Just saying!

I also just wanted to say my guy was stuck on ground level miles away and the achievement still popped for me! Thanks for the guide!

Any guide that has zero text is useless. I hate video guides thet can be explained in quick to read text.

I just used paraglider and angel goat to float up to the top after licking, worked first try.

For me, I didn't need to get my crew member physically on top of the building. I was connected to them still, but it unlocked as soon as the dolphin made it to the top with the crew member dangling below

When you first spawn onto the payday map, press rb to change from the goat into the dolphin. When you become the dolphin, break out of your cage and break into the goat’s cage. Give the goat a lick so he is attached to you and go towards the town where the buildings are. The tallest building is the one with the blue sign on the front, because you are the dolphin you can ride up the side of the wall and as long as you still have the goat licked he will come with you up the wall. When you get to the top jump on the whoopee cushion while you still have the goat attached to you and your achievement will pop, simple as that.

Use the dolphin to carry any other crewmember to the top of the tallest building. I went up the side with the blue container and blue sign. Once your at the top the achievement is yours

The tallest building in this DLC is the one that has the circular roof (at street level is the movie theater). Dolph’s wheelchair can climb up any wall because his wheels stick to anything. He can even roll on ceilings.

Get Dolph and another crew member to that building (instead of dragging it to the building from the zoo). Using Dolph, lick the other crew member and make your way up the side of the building. Even if the other crew member gets stuck down below this will unlock. Once you reach the top of the building, the achievement will unlock.
