God of War Ragnarök

The A Stag for All Seasons quest starts just outside Sindri's House after talking to Ratatoskr (the squirrel). The stags are all located in Vanaheim's The Crater area in the north.

The first stag is in The Jungle. You will need to work your way to the Wishing Well (follow the path in the video). The second stag is in The Jungle's northwest region. Next, you will need to complete the For Vanaheim quest in The Plains. After the gateway closes, turn around and you will see the stag along the shoreline. The last stag is in The Sinkholes right next to the gateway. The trophy will unlock as the stag starts leaving the area.

Once you finish finding all 4 stags, return to Ratatoskr outside Sindri's House to turn in the quest.
