Story-related; cannot be missed.

This will pop at the end of the game when you are asked if you want to save your clear data. If you have trouble with the last two battles, set your difficulty to Easy, get your grinding trophies out of the way, and stock up on items. Because each boss is manageable by itself, the only significant threat is the swarm of non-boss enemies in the first battle; take out the enemies steadily while maintaining your own party to win.
