How to unlock the Combat Master achievement in God Wars: Future Past - Definitive Guide

Character levels tend to max out more quickly than Skill levels, so you may want to ignore this until you have earned Skill Master as you may have earned this one along the way. There are a total of 14 characters; you will have them all at the beginning of Chapter 4, after which none of them will ever leave your party. The trophy will pop when all 14 characters reach level 99.

The best way to farm in general is to go to a request where you can keep your characters safe and have them all use Skills repeatedly. A good place to do this would be a request that requires you to destroy large rocks; simply defeat every enemy so nothing poses a threat to you. There is one such request in Saga. You can set the characters’ AI to something non-offensive such as Healer if you want to grind while away from your system, though it will be slower.

Certain jobs, such as Maidens, can keep the party’s MP stocked if needed. When a character uses a skill on him/herself or a teammate, he/she gains 15 EXP; more EXP will be gained for attacking enemies that are higher levels. Every character level requires exactly 100 EXP, so the time spent earning levels will be linear and predictable. To make EXP farming more efficient, you can equip the EXP+ Passive Skill from the Celestial job on each character and use the Ritualist’s S-Spirit Descent to increase the entire party’s EXP earnings.

Attention! If you don’t want to slow down the auto leveling of your Inaba character, don’t teach her the Swift Foot skill, because... it blocks the use of any skills for 5 turns, which means that in AI Healer or Supporter mode the character will stand and cast this skill once every 5 turns. It is also best to set everyone to the Priest profession and improve the Proficiency+ skill (increased JP gain).

That’s right, the turtle and the bear have the same thing, they stupidly cast it on themselves and on the 3rd turn they run around using skills that are impossible to use, which is wildly infuriating and cannot be turned off
