How to unlock the A Gift From The Past achievement in Gods Will Fall - Definitive Guide

After aquiring any item approach the well in the over world and select the option to drop an item down the well, pick whichever item you don't need as these characters won't be getting it back.

Start a new game and go to the well, there should be an option to pull up the bucket. The item the other group dropped will now be in the possession of the new group and the achievement should unlock.

I'm not sure of this, but I think each group can only interact with the well one time. (Either drop an item or retrieve an item)

Throw any item into the well in one game (located in the center of the map), create a new game and pick up the item from the well in a new game
