How to unlock the Desecration of Birth achievement in Gods Will Fall - Definitive Guide
Just a forewarning, I'm not sure if the Eagle Eye skill is required to be able to parry her arrows but I couldn't get it to work without that skill.
At the start of the fight Methir-Shirraidh will start shooting you with her arrows and you run down a runway to get to her. Normally you'd run right up to her and she'd fly to the top of the stairs but the way I got this is you want to stop before the final two pillars on this runway. She will continue to pelt you with arrows but at this distance you can parry them and have them hit her. The arrows come in fast but don't dash too early, you want to dash just as they are about to hit you to get the parry. Just keep doing this until she dies. I brought some meal items with me as a backup incase I missed too many parrys.
I've seen some people go to the top of the stairs with her and do it there/when she flies to the tree but I like my area better for two reasons. One, no risk of the super strong melee attacks getting you. Two, you have more room then at the top of the stairs to get the parry timing right.

The bridge spot works great.
Eagle Eye is a starter skill so you can keep rerolling until someone has it from the get-go. Sack one fighter to check the M-S's health and transfer helpful items using the well or clear a few easy bosses to get stats in order to make the fight easier.
For some reason 50% of the parried arrows flung off way over the boss' head. Maybe it's dependent on timing?

Glad to hear! I think the arrows going over is distance related. At the start of the bridge they never hit for me but at the far end they always did.

I found two options for getting the trophy:
1) parry arrows at the last split second when the arrow flies at you
2) when you get close to the boss, some arrows will get stuck in the ground. Pick up an arrow and throw it at the boss when he has a couple of HP left
