The elevator section is towards the end of Morigans level.
I thought this would be impossible since the first 10+ times I went through this section there ended up being at least 8 enemies on the tiny elevator platform.
Eventually on one run where the enemies were a little weaker in the level overall I rode the elevator up and only 3 enemies climbed on. I wasn't expecting this and had already attacked one, so I jumped off to kill myself and sent in one of my faster characters to try again, hoping that I'd get the same 3 enemies as before.
They climbed on one at a time and I just ran around trying not to get too close so none of them would start their attack animations. I can't remember if it unlocked once it reached the top of or once I jumped off the elevator at the top. But to be safe try to position yourself on the back right side of the platform once it's near the top so you can jump off as quickly as possible.

Nice guide mate another’s good way is having a character with the Skill ( I can’t remember what is was call) when you Dodging into an Enemy they will be knocked down For a couple of seconds.
