This is for the very first warrior run of a new game, not the first warrior to run any specific dungeon.
Pick whatever boss you are comfortable with but I found Carnoccus to be the easiest for this. You don't have to fight any mobs since you can just run backwards at the level start to get the boss. Carnoccus is incredibly easy at any difficulty so you can get this quickly and don't have to rely on a low difficulty level dungeon roll. If you go this route you will also unlock this once you beat him
