Once you start getting use to the game this will come naturally. I was planning on getting this on Krannus since he only has two elite enemies but I actually got it on Boadannu first, then Belenos and then Carnoccus then finally Krannus.
Anyways here are some tips for those bosses:
Boadannu - you would think with the adss this would be difficult but if you have a powerful enough character it's actually easy. If you get close to her she will do a simple side swipe then you can jump in for a few hits. Do this a few times and she will die. I got it from Morrigan. Found an ingot just before going up the elevator so I was able to upgrade my weapon to 5, then got in a lucky feather throw before she had chance to attack and then whaled on her while she was stunned. She died before she could recover.
