How to unlock the Healthy! achievement in Golden Force - Definitive Guide

You unlock the extra HP by collecting Hidden Medals on each stage (3 per stage). There is a total of 60 Hidden Medals to collect and 4 x health power ups to be bought for the achievement. Before you buy the upgrades make sure you have all collectibles as once you buy the power ups the shop no longer works due to a bug in the game.
You can buy the first 2 power ups but do not purchase the 3rd one until you have all collectibles. MAKE SURE YOU PURCHASE THE COMBO POWER UPS FIRST. If you buy the health ones first you will have to redo the whole game and re-collect all collectibles. I found out the hard way. Once you have all collectibles enter the shop once and buy all Combo attacks as well as Health upgrades. The Achievement will pop while you in the shop. Once you exit the shop you will not be able to enter it again.
