It seems that this achievement is currently glitched.
I managed to get 100% on all of the game's worlds and did not get the achievement. I tried many different things such as replaying levels and getting S ranks and even beat the final boss again.
I will contact the devs to make sure there isn't any extra requirements, but it is very likely that the achievement is just glitched.
