This achievement requires completing the Archive level on 00 Agent difficulty in less than 1:20. The time is pretty strict as a good run will only beat it by a few seconds, but the level is short enough that it shouldn't be much of a hassle.

If you hide in the corner the npc who gives you the key will trap you in there. It’s safe to shoot him once he gives you the key

question. If you unlock invisibility, can you use it on other 00 agent runs or does it void achievements?

To unlock this achievement you have to beat Archives in 1:20 or less on 00 Agent. In my opinion, one of the hardest cheats for casual players, as you must know some speedrunning basics.
I highly recommend switching your movement to the D-Pad, you cannot strafe properly with the left stick!
To get this cheat you must run start to end with slappers only (except when you break the window, of course). This way you won't alert any guards so you don't get bothered by them while trying to speak to Mishkin. Start off avoiding the PP7 in the table, as that'll engage the two guards in the first room, avoiding the PP7 will allow to kill the guard with the key in front of you just one slap on the side. After getting the key, just run to rescue Natalya. All you need to do is open the door and let her see you, no need to shoot or anything. Go for Mishkin now - sometimes there will be a guard close to him patrolling, be careful to not slap Mishkin in the process, or if you decide to shoot - don't shoot while looking at Mishkin or he'll turn hostile. Lure Mishkin to the door just so you can close it in case a guard comes by, then get back to the safe when he's about to give you the key. Once you have the key, just run outside.

I didn't struggle with this one as much as I did on the 2:05 one on Facility but that's only because I had used agent difficulty and your video as well to familiarize myself with the correct route, from there it was just a matter of me realizing that slapping doesn't really alert the guards as much as a DD44 does, getting Natalya out of the hostage room without her getting scared, and dealing with the occasional guard in the Mishkin room without shooting at Mishkin, once again thanks.

Below is my run through for this achievement. As you can see, I did not even use any weapons until I needed to finish the stage. Not a lot of room for error, but its short enough that you should be able to get in a few runs.

This speedrun is extremely tight. There is virtually no room for error here at all. Thankfully, you can ignore pretty much every enemy on this run, and dying isn't an issue at all. The video below shows exactly what I did, but basically chop the first guy, get his gun and key to leave. Only shoot enemies that are directly in front of you, otherwise ignore them. Beeline right to the room where Natalya is. As soon as you open the door to where she is, the objective completes, so don't enter the room or anything. Open the door and immediately turn and go toward Mishkin in the basement. If you do it quickly, no enemies should follow you into the room with Mishkin. To be safe though, stand between Mishkin and the door you entered from with your back to Mishkin. I was able to shoot enemies that approached without interrupting Mishkin or making him turn hostile. As soon as he gives you the key, shoot him if he's in your way, open the safe, and then get out via the window around the corner.
You'll absolutely need a few runs to memorize the route, because you need to be pretty perfect on this one to meet the time requirement. Thankfully you won't be dying, just improving your knowledge of the route and saving a second here or there by going the exact right direction each time.
