This achievement requires completing the Runway level on Agent difficulty in less than 5:00- an incredibly short and easy level with perhaps the easiest speedrun in the game.
All you need to do is exit the first building, then enter the building on the left to get the plane key from a desk. Then run to the plane. It shouldn't take much more than about 30 seconds.

Worth noting it appears that higher difficulties do not count so you have to select Agent specifically when you start the mission. At least this is how it worked for me, as the achievement did not pop when I did it on Secret Agent in 2:30.

Probably one of the easiest cheat modes to unlock. As you spawn in, make you way outside and eliminate the patrolling guard. Take a left and head into the small "L" shaped building, kill both guards and collect the ignition key from the table. Now simply head back outside and run down the runway, as you approach the side of the plane press
to hop in. Check out my video guide below for a sub 1:00 completion.

This speedrun is basically a joke, as it's so insanely lenient that it might as well not exist. There's almost nothing to do in this mission on Agent: head into the building on the left, grab the key on the table, then head down the runway and interact with the plane to finish the mission. It should only a take a minute or so. You can ignore all of the enemies and guns shooting at you, since you're on Agent.
