This achievement requires completing the Jungle level on Agent difficulty in less than 3:45.
As with the other Agent difficulty speedruns, this one is rather easy- just run through level, destroy the drone guns, and kill Xenia. Here's my (likely unnecessary) video guide with commentary:

As far as time is concerned, this one is pretty lenient. Since it's on Agent, you shouldn't have an issue running to each enemy spawn and killing them quickly with the pistol until you run out of ammo, then switching to the AR. Xenia is easy to just fire at her face/upper body and kill her quickly. Use the AR to zoom in and pick off the turrets. After Xenia when you get to the cave area, kill the enemies in the first area and the two at the ladder, climb up the ladder and pick off the turret, shoot the turret around the next corner, and then just run past all the enemies at the crates to get to the door and end the level. Those enemies are infinitely respawning anyway.
Here's a video showing it done. As long as you don't roam around for whatever reason, you shouldn't have any problems getting this first or second try.
