The timing is a bit tight here but only because you have a decent amount of ground to cover and you can't really see where you're going. The hardest part of this speedrun is keeping your bearings so you know where you're going. Otherwise, the enemies are no threat whatsoever and the objectives are easy. Watch the video below to see where you need to go, and once you remember the route, this should be easy to pull off. You have a solid 20 seconds to spare if you get off track a bit, so don't fret about being perfect.
