Locked cheat - Silver PP7 (Beat stage in 5:25 on 00 Agent difficulty)
To complete this level, especially at 00 Agent difficulty, it's vital to master the art of precision shooting from a standpoint of aiming as well as memorizing all the possible spawn spots of all the enemies you encounter, so that when you carefully move and aim using as assistance to have your crosshair lineup to the heads of the enemy soldiers and be able to take them down in fewer shots and save up on as much ammo as possible. This will come well in hand toward the very end of the stage, where you not only need to take out Oumurov to rescue Natalya, but also strike Xenia and force Alec to take extra time to allow Xenia to catch up before he can start the one-minute countdown to blow up the train, giving you extra time to take out the metal clamps that will open the escape hatch as well as allow Natalya to be able to crack the password and therefore complete all your objectives.
At the start, move to the right and go down until you see an enemy soldier on the left. Use aim assist and move carefully so as to keep all enemies visible to just one at a time and you won't be fired upon. There's four Marines in the first car, and the first brake unit is at the bottom right of the exit door.
After taking them down, the next car will have four Marines at the start, with the possibility of a pair of Special Force guards also spawning sporting ZMGs to compliment the rest with D5K Deutsches. Focus your view to the left of the entrance door to fire upon the leftmost enemy behind a crate. The other three will also be behind crates, aim precisely to the head area and again keep on-screen enemy visibility to one-on-one as much as possible. If the two Special Force units aren't appearing on the entrance of the second car, they will be in the middle of it, with one hiding behind a set of metal crates, and the other to the right of the stack of wooden crates from where you can get around. Four more enemies with Deutsches will fire from area of the exit door, behind more wooden crates. Take them all down, and you'll find the second brake unit again on the bottom right of the exit door.
Once you destroy that, you'll likely see the door opened up by a Marine from the next car before you can get inside. Take it out. 5 to 6 more Marines will pop out in the hallway from either the back of the car or one of the private compartment rooms left of the hallway. Moreover, there is another Marine also hiding in the bathroom (very first door of the third car after entering) that will likely pop out after walking down a certain distance through the hall, but it's possible they'll appear the moment you enter the car. Prioritize taking that down should this happen. The third brake unit will appear on the bottom of the wall by the end of the hallway before it turns left to the exit doors leading to another private compartment car, with the hallway now on the left side. The fourth brake unit will be close to the entrance door this time on the left side, just before the straightaway. 4 to 5 more Marines will appear at the start, and a couple of more will appear from the second to last compartment room door before you can see a window on the right, go down to that window and you should hear the sound of a door open, turn back and approach to take them down. Two more Marines are what's left in the fourth car, one that will be going down the hallway firing at you, and the other will be facing the door leading into the first lounge car, making it very possible to take that fellow out in one headshot before he turns to face you.
By this point, you should switch to the faster and higher clipped ZMG, as all but one of the remaining enemies you'll encounter before facing Omuruov and company are the Special Force types with ZMGs of their own. The first of these enemies can appear as soon as the immediate hallway before the lounge, with either one or two of them. In the lounge itself, there can be as few as none or as many as four. Precisely aim at the heads to take them down ASAP. If you have a rear enemy standing right beside the one you're firing at, immediately fall back to the rear where the hallway veers back left and you're out of the line of fire. Also take note of the prospect of a guard on the very left of the lounge and turn your POV to the very bottom left corner upon entering the lounge itself before picking up all the ammunition left over. By this point you should have your second ZMG and be able to double equip both guns. Open the door on the back of the lounge to find side doors that open to bathrooms where two more guards will pop out. Aim toward their heads and kill them before proceeding, where the entrance door to the second lounge can be opened, either by you or more likely one of the guards. Of note, the bathrooms are great cover spots if you have rear enemies sporting behind the one you're shooting. As many as three will appear. Once you take them down, you'll open up the door on the left to the hallway, where either no guards or as many as two (one immediately after the entrance, the other at the exit to the penultimate car of the train.) as well as the penultimate brake unit, at the end of the short hallway on the left before veering right. Once they're all taken down, go back to the first lounge and take out another Special Forces guard.
Now you're in the home stretch. Going back to the penultimate car, there's one last Marine standing in the right hallway. Take that down, then turn to face the back end of the hallway to find the last brake unit. When you destroy that (Objective A complete), you'll hear the train stop, and the door to the lead car will open with two Special Force units going on the hunt for you. Go to any corner away from the hallway and aim to the head area while waiting for them to appear to the side of you and fire. Take the ammunition and as you enter the door to the lead car, move more slowly, pushing to the side table on the right, then once you get around the upper left edge until you hit the bottom right corner. You'll get warning dialog from Alec in the form of "That's close enough!" at the top of the screen. But you should have adequate breathing room to work around without getting Omuruov to kill Natalya and therefore end your mission in failure.
Here, you're at the climax of the stage. Carefully aim the crosshairs at Omurouv's head holding down while positioning using to the desired direction. If you've positioned Bond to the very bottom right of the car, you should see Xenia's head visibly, parallel to Omurouv's, slightly to the right. Nudge upon shots immediately hitting Oumurov's head to have bullets strike Xenia as well (Objective B complete). You'll succeed when the latter falls down on her hip and ensuing dialogue from her will read "Wait for me Alec! I'm hit!" From here you just earned an extra 20 seconds for you to blast down all the metal clamps to open the escape hatch with your laser as well as Natalya to discover the location of Boris' files (Objective C) on top of cracking the password (Objective D). Natalya will start her dialogue about five seconds after one minute countdown to the train blowing up is started by Alec. she'll discover the location of the files at 45 seconds remaining (Objective C complete, displayed on the bottom left of the screen.) and cracked password at around 20 seconds left (Objective D complete). Immediately run for the escape hatch after Objective D complete is shown, then turn to face the rear upon dropping outside the train to find Marine soldiers. Fire at them if you wish, but you need to run as far away from the train as possible before it blows, so push , zig-zagging left and right to dodge enemy gunfire as best as possible and avoiding damage. Natalya will appear out of the train running behind you. You should be ahead of the lead engine by the time the clock hits zero, and you'll get a cutscene with both Bond and Natalya running from the train as it explodes (Objective E complete), and your mission is a success! And if you happen to do it with both precision and speed, you'll likely unlock the "A Silver Lining" achievement to go along with this one in one go.
