Funnily enough, this doesn't even have to be in one sitting at all. So long as you have quick resume on. I played four matches with my mate, days later I turned it on and got this after just one match.

You only need one controller for this and it still count if you quit as soon as the match starts.
Select Multiplayer then "Start" in top right corner. Once match starts press to pause then then select confirm. Repeat 4 more times without backing out and achievement unlocked.

As the description says, just start five multiplayer matches in a row. You don't need to play the matches through to completion. You can literally just start the match then immediately quit, and repeat four more times. You just need to not leave and go to the campaign at all in between the matches.
