@solid snake RL, nah I unlocked this achievement before unlocking the golden gun, think it just counts having that setting and loading a game

Pretty sure doesn't have to be the same map/level for each weapon set btw.

You only need one controller for this and it still count if you quit as soon as the match starts.
Select Multiplayer, Weapons - Rockets, then "Start" in top right corner.
Once match starts press cn_start to pause then cn_rightcn_rightcn_A then select confirm to quit the match.
Start and quit a match with Weapons: Lasers, Golden Gun, Slappers Only!, Pistols, Throwing Knives, Automatics, Power Weapons, Sniper Rifles, Grenades, Remote Mines, Grenade Launchers, Timed Mines, and Proximity Mines.
Achievement unlocked upon starting final match. Will also unlock:

Simply go through the weapon sets, starting a match with each one. You don't need to play the matches to completion or anything. You can literally just start the match and then immediately quit out. Do them one after another so you can keep track of which ones you've done. In a couple minutes you'll be done and unlock this achievement.
