Perfect guide. Watching this video first I was able to skip the last hostage in the engine bay and finish in 2:41

No Radar (Multiplayer) Cheat
Mission: Frigate
Difficulty: Secret Agent
Target Time: 4:30

On Secret Agent difficulty you need to rescue all 6 hostages, defuse both bombs and plant the tracking bug on the helicopter. Check out my video below for more detail, with a completion time of 02:29.

a. Rescue the Hostages
b. Disarm the Bridge Bomb
c. Disarm the Engine Room Bomb
d. Plant the Tracking Bug on the Helicopter

Things can be a little chaotic inside the various rooms on the upper part of the ship, but with the right route it's not bad at all. Also realize that you don't need to save every single hostage to complete the objective, only around three of them. Refer to the following video to see a good route to follow. This one is all about an efficient route, because the timing is pretty lenient once you know where you're going and aren't getting lost in the maze of doors and rooms.
