The timing is a little tight here, so you need to beeline right to the garage where the objectives are, quickly kill the enemies and the turret, destroy everything, and then get out of there and beeline right to the end. I actually recommend not killing the enemies on your route from the garage to the end, because they might shoot you in the back and boost you forward, which only helps. You might need to practice clearing the garage quickly, but this shouldn't take more than a couple tries since there aren't many enemies to deal with and it's a short level.
