Walkthrough video guide on how to complete "Aztec" on all three difficulty levels. Including beating the par time to unlock the cheat and respective achievement. Please check the time stamps to jump between each difficulty level. Recorded on the Xbox Series X version of Goldeneye 007 (2023).
Aztec is unlocked as a "Secret" mission after completing all main story missions (up to the Cradle) on Secret Agent difficulty.

Nice videos. I was just coming here to write a solution of the way you did it.
That's because I was struggling to do it the "other way", which some other videos show, where you drop down into the pit in the second starting room, and go to kill Jaws first.
If you do that, I found it incredibly difficult to then get out into/across the room with the four drone guns, because they are hard to spot when you're coming from the reverse direction, and you've also triggered the infinite spawning enemies as well by killing Jaws - so I'd almost always get rushed from behind while trying to pick off the drone guns.
If you go the "normal" way, through the computer room etc. as you do, the flow of enemies is much more manageable.
The only difference: The way I tend to kill Jaws is to bait him back to the rectangular slanted stairs area (where the second grill is) - then you can kite him around that. You can fire across the stairs with the laser, while he just runs around in circles, and he can only fire along the straight sides; so even if he does start firing, you just keep side stepping and shoot him while he's static. You can easily do it without being hit at all by him.

You should state that you need to complete the story on Secret Agent!

This makes it sound like you just need to complete the story on Agent, which isn’t true

In order to unlock Aztec, you’ll need to complete all the main missions, from Dam to Cradle, on Secret Agent difficulty. Then, complete this mission on any difficulty for the achievement.

Doesn’t have any information on how to beat the level

Beat the level on agent difficulty to spare myself some trouble after completing the entire campaign in 00 agent but none achievement popped at the end of the mission, sad :(

Aztec is a bonus mission that is unlocked by completing all 18 campaign missions on at least Secret Agent difficulty. Refer to Bond... James Bond (60G) for completing them all on 00 Agent difficulty.
Once you unlock Aztec, complete it on any difficulty to unlock this achievement. Note though, that you will need to complete Aztec on 00 Agent to unlock Egyptian, the last bonus mission.
Refer to Double ZZZZAP! (10G) for a good strategy for beating Aztec on 00 Agent. While that video takes place on Secret Agent for the cheat, the strategy and route are definitely the best to follow for 00 Agent as well.
