General Tips
- Pretty straight forward level, stick to my line, keep moving and only kill when you have to.
- Cheats will disable achievements.
Breakdown
1:00 - Kill both guards, the white one drops the large key.
1:30 - You'll start getting shot now but don't stop to kill - they have terrible aim for the most part.
2:15 - Kill anyone still chasing you.

If you take a second to grab the grenade launcher in the hut with the large key (the first hut you enter if you're following the video), you can lob a few grenades at the ventilation tower on your way to it, destroying the locks on the grate and saving you a few seconds of having to aim and shoot them all individually once you get to the top.

This is one of the easiest speedruns in the game. The time is very lenient as long as you know where to go for the objectives, and it's pretty easy to see where you're going. Enemies are no threat whatsoever. Watch the video below and you should be able to replicate it within a couple tries.
