How to unlock the Welcome Back, 007 achievement in GoldenEye 007 - Definitive Guide
I've created 20 video guides that cover all single player missions, all difficulty levels and best methods to beat the target times. They are well paced and I only speed through the missions than require a fast target time. I'll drop the playlist below for anyone wanting to pick out a few tricky missions they need a hand with.
You'll only need to complete 18 of the 20 missions (Dam to Cradle) to unlock the difficulty completion achievements. Aztec and Egyptian are classed as secret missions after the main campaign. Note that the difficulty achievements don't stack. So if you solely complete the game on 00 Agent you won't unlock the Agent or Secret Agent achievements. Meaning you'll need to run each mission at least 3 times to get the full house (hence why I've recorded my videos with all three!).
Missions you've completed previously will show a red tick to the right hand side of each difficulty you've done.

This is not a walkthrough of the game on Agent. There are a plethora of those on GameFaqs and YouTube. What I want to point out is that this achievement does not stack with Secret and 00 Agent difficulties. You must complete each story mission specifically on the Agent difficulty. (This is also true of Secret and 00 Agent difficulties.)
If you have previously completed a mission on a difficulty higher than Agent, you must still replay the level and beat it again on Agent in order to count towards the achievement. You do not need to complete the missions on Agent in order. As soon as you finish whichever mission you are missing, the achievement will unlock.
One way to make sure that you've completed each stage on Agent is to start one of the new files and only play on Agent in that file. This will guarantee you complete each level. Credit to MemZ for this: A much faster way to check if you've completed a mission on Agent is to start the level and then immediately quit. In the stats, if you see a best time, then it means you've already completed that stage. Do this for all main story missions from "Dam" to "Cradle."

You can also start and quit a mission and see if a best time is there. If not, it hasn’t been beaten.

It does tell you what missions you’ve beaten on which difficulty. When you select a mission, you then select the difficulty. A red check mark will appear next to the difficulty setting if you’ve beaten that level on that difficulty.
