This achievement requires completing the first Bunker level on 00 Agent difficulty in less than 4:00.

2x Rocket Launchers Cheat
Mission: Bunker
Difficulty: 00 Agent
Target Time: 4:00

The bunker has a number of Intricate steps during the 00 Agent mission. I suggest watching my video below for more detail, with a completion time of 02:38.

a. Disrupt All Surveillance Equipment
b. Copy the GoldenEye Key, Leave the Original
c. Get Personnel to Activate the Computer
d. Download Data from the Computer
e. Photograph the Main Video Screen

The timing here isn't bad, you just need to make sure you don't get overwhelmed by enemies. Most important here is making sure the alarm doesn't go off until Boris does his thing. When you head down toward the big console room, immediately turn right and go up the steps and kill the higher ranking guy up there. He radios for the alarm to go off. Kill him right away, then get Boris. Boris will then set off the alarm at the end of his job, but by then you should've killed the rest of the enemies, so you'll just have to mow down the three elite enemies coming in as you're trying to exit. It's not too bad after a couple runs of practice.
