You don't have to play any holes you can forfeit all 18 and it will unlock.

If you're lazy like me, you can simply leave the game idle and it will run out the clock on each hole. The achievement unlocks normally at the end. Nice to leave it running while doing something else.

I don’t even see an option for bouncy castle how do I unlock it ?

Only One Person In Your Lobby Needs The DLC To Play "Bouncy Castle" - Pass Host To Them And Let Them Select The Game Mode.

If You Really Feel Like It, You Can Forfeit Every Hole.
Achievement Pops When You Finish The Full Game Mode.
