If you're lazy like me, you can simply leave the game idle and it will run out the clock on each hole. The achievement unlocks normally at the end. Nice to leave it running while doing something else.

Hopped in a Host's lobby, and he had jumping on. No achievement. Just as a caution to those in a similar boat.

Only One Person In Your Lobby Needs The DLC To Play "Bouncy Castle" - Pass Host To Them And Let Them Select The Game Mode.

If You Really Feel Like It, You Can Forfeit Every Hole.
Achievement Pops When You Finish The Full Game Mode.
