Here is a great Video guide posted by Ghostzapper on Youtube. All credit to him for the great guide. Check out his channel as he has many more videos of the under par challenges for the other courses.

Just follow these shots exactly and you'll have tons of room to spare for the par, even if you miss quite a few shots.
