If you encounter a weapon for a Goliath that you dont have access to yet has the "fabulous" quality prefix, shove it into one of your storage chests. Eventually (especially if you are going for the Treasure map achievement) you will get 1 ranged and one melee weapon of the same Goliath type. Equip both and the achievement will pop.
