First area of the 4th World you can spot a questgiver icon (where you can farm reputation) to the north. Travel to it and in the camp where beside which the reputation farm questgiver is the Created. Its a big floaty Robot NPC. To get into the camp you might have to open a Shield barrier door (just click on it).
