The minigame isn't difficult, just mimic the motions Cletus does with his toothbrush as close as possible.
There isn't really a cheat sheet to use with this so just try your best.
When Cletus moves his brush side to side, try to keep up with his pace. Same when he moves it in circles and when he lowers his brush, do that as well.

In the hotel, Rufus will find himself hidden in Cletus' room, behind his bathroom mirror. After eating a mothball, Cletus will get up and brush his teeth (with chloroform toothpaste; see Quality Assurance). Skipping the toothbrushing minigame will void this trophy.
This trophy is a bit annoying with a controller; just stick with it. Look at the meter to figure out what direction to move the toothbrush in. Make sure you're matching Cletus' pace. The minigame will end when the meter is completely filled. Thankfully it won't change directions mid-brush; you need to brush up and down until you get that part done, then side to side, then finally in circles (aka the annoying part).
