While in his holding cell, Right Rufus can order food from his captors – this food includes a bagel. Raid the medicine cabinet for other supplies (Long time no see) and use all those supplies with the bagel, along with some dust from the Tidybot. Offer it to the guard for a short cutscene and this trophy. You must do this before feeding this disgusting bagel to Right Rufus' cellmate
