From the main screen, head through the top left door to the reception.
Follow through from here to the restaurant, where you can collect three items, including a corkscrew.
Leave the reception to the main area, and enter the middle right door to the 'rooms'. Go into the first door on the top left of the screen, where you'll find a familiar looking seer.
He will have a spider in a jar under the window - try to use the corkscrew on the jar to unlock the achievement.
