Do the laundry minigame at the hotel without skipping it.
There are 6 symbols on the label of each clothing item which corresponds to what cycle they go through the machine. There can be only one piece of clothing in one part of the machine at any time and if another piece of clothing moves to that space, the other gets pushed to the next symbol that isn't crossed out on their label.
So the towel, ghost sheet and pillow will only go through the first three cycles skipping the last three.
Cletus' coat will only be washed and ironed (middle and end), while Rufus will go through the entire thing.
Your job is to get Cletus' coat and Rufus out of the laundry machine at the same time.
I recommend you doing this yourself, but if you're struggling you can use the solution below
While the towel, ghost sheet, pillow and Rufus are hanging above the machine and Cletus' coat is in the machine:
1) Click on Rufus.
2) Click on the remaining clothes (the order does not matter)

At the hotel, Rufus will need to steal Cletus' outfit from the mysterious laundry sect, via a puzzle. If you skip the puzzle, you will void this trophy.
In order:
Use pillowcase with mysterious laundry sect
Use Bozo's towel with mysterious laundry sect
Use fitted sheet with mysterious laundry sect
Keep clicking on whatever item is on the left side of the laundry sect's balcony, until the only thing you can click is Cletus' clothes.
Click Cletus' clothes
Click Rufus
Click pillowcase, then towel, then sheet
