While in his holding cell, Right Rufus can access several toiletries by telling the guard he needs to use the bathroom. These toiletries include a toothbrush. Simply pick it up to unlock this trophy. It is a useless inventory item, meant to be a callback to previous Deponia games and Rufus' complete refusal to brush his teeth.
