Outside of Casa Bozo is a laundry line with three outfits on it. Simply use all three of them to put them on and unlock this trophy. Make sure the baby outfit is the final one you try on, as I'm not certain if you can try the other two on after wearing the baby outfit (which is a puzzle solution).
