Goodbye Deponia

During the course of his time on the Organon vessel, Right Rufus will have to perform an operation on Cletus to remove his tapeworm. This is easier than it was in the original PC version of the game, because you don't have to worry about rotating any of the organs when putting them back in. Skipping the operation will void this trophy.

Pick up lung – Put it in top right square of thorax
Pick up heart – Put it in the bottom right square of the lung
Pick up "some random organ" (the pink/purple one, not the gray one) – Place it left of the heart
Pick up intestine – Place it in the empty spaces in the thorax
Pick up stomach – Place it on the right side of the intestines
