At the lab, looking in the top left pipe will reveal a vampire platypus and her eggs. You need to feed her something in your inventory to unlock this trophy.
You will naturally feed her both a time card and a clove of garlic while playing through the game. The time card doesn't unlock this trophy and I doubt the garlic will, either. I did this by giving her the bottle of olive oil (not the vial of olive oil). This must be done before giving her the garlic.
