I got this but it unlocked on the Xbox app and not my console

Figures now I'm stuck on 39/40 achievements

Supposedly this happens often in various games and it can take 3 days to fix itself

In the dining room in the house, talk to Aunt Dahlia and choose the following conversation options:

No Way / Apologize / Decline / Give Details / Change the Subject / Keep Talking
