1st you'll need to talk to the Old lady, [kill her], grab the tape, next step is to deal with the other 2 ghost. so you can get the password for the Pc. [not fill that out here] head up to the study once everything else is done, [You don't need the batteries or the tape player]
click on music once you're on the pc. then when the button [Search] is on the screen, click on your cassette and press use and drag it over on top of the button [Search], once that's all done, you'll start downloading the song onto your phone, then all that's left to do is run down stairs and use your phone on the boy, "Achievement unlocked" :)

After defeating Aunt Dahlia in the house, she'll leave a cassette tape. One way to play the tape is to get batteries and a walkman and give it to the ghost. For this trophy, however, you need to do something different.
Go to the upstairs bathroom and turn on the sink and the shower, this fogs up the mirror and reveals a number. Look at the number to memorize it then go to the upstairs study across the hall where the computer is. You can now log into it. Search "Music" then use the cassette tape on the search bar to bring up the song. Download the song to your cell phone (gotten from your locker at school), then go downstairs and give the cell phone to the ghost.
