When you open to cupboard under the kitchen sink there is a container of dish soap, take this item.

Once you have access to the upstairs bedroom click on the pile of toys. You will be attacked by one of the toys. Use the container of dish soap on it to disable it.

Get soap from the kitchen sink. Go to the spare room. If you look at the pile of toys in the spare room a robot will attack you. Use the soap on it.

In the upstairs guest room in the house, inspecting the pile of toys will cause you to be attacked by a robot. Use the dish soap (found under the sink in the kitchen) on it to disable it, then use the screwdriver to open it up and remove its batteries.
