once you're in the Mall, go to the area where the payphones are, and click on the phone book, memorize the number (Ghoulberg), Then make your way back to the parking lot and call the number it will be listed as ???? in your phone.

In your locker at the school is a cell phone. Generally it's used to access a hint menu. However, once you've gotten RL Stine's phone number (at the public phones in the mall, memorize the name "Ghoulberg" from the phone book), using the phone brings up the option to call ????. Call ???? to reach RL Stine and unlock the trophy.
