Story related - can't be missed.

After you finish the first main story mission in Langstrom's lab and return to the Belfry, the game will require you to access the Batcomputer to unlock your first ability. The achievement should pop as soon as you unlock it!

Should be the first trophy you pop.
It's unlocked during the last part of the tutorial when thw game guides you around the Belfry.
