Quick summary of this, this will be done on Floor 10. Personally my power level was 50k with Red Hood, and I had no issues beating this solo.
-Floor 10
-Recommended Power Level 33K (I was at 50K when I attempted solo)
-Can easily be done solo if appropriate power level
-Mr. Freeze & Clayface are the bosses
-Clayface will is in his normal form where you fought him in sewers in single player
-Clayface will also have his smaller form where he separates into pairs of 3
-Mr. Feeze is in his free standing form
-Tips
-Focus on minions first then focus on bosses if possible (not required)
-Minions will keep respawning
-Focus on Clayface as he is large and can get in Mr. Freezes way from shooting you
-Mr. Freeze's gun that freezes you don't dodge, just run makes it much easier
-Try to use Elemental builds if possible
-Notes
-Boss battles are on Floor 5,10, and 15 (Cant join in progress for these floors)
-If you join an in progress random game or with friends it must be on Floors 4,9, and 10
-Join Random games to boost to get your power level higher if needed
-Difficulty 4/10 (All of DLC achievements)
-Keep anything in mind that works for you. Floor 15 you will face off against Mr. Freeze and Harley. Once one is defeated Clayface will immediately spawn.

A tip if you have a fire build as getting a successful burn on freeze will actually disable him for like 10 secs so you can focus on clay face. This can help a lot as freeze gun and ranged bombshell would interfere with many momentum abilities
