Just switch between characters when available in belfry and achievement will pop. No need to fully play as them.

Odd I was robin and just switched between the characters and it popped for me.

Also got to make sure you click on who you start with. It would not pop until i did that

Just something that might help to add (as it took me longer than I’d care to admit to figure out), but you change characters by approaching the stands with their suits in the Belfry.

Good tip, omgeezus. I didn't even realize you could switch at all. I thought you were stuck with whomever you picked at the start. I figured it might be a multiplayer achievement but didn't realize the game only supports 2 players.

If it's not popping, you'll also have to switch to the character you played during the tutorial! (I played as Robin for the first mission, but switched to Red Hood for the first night of patrol. The achievement didn't unlock until I used Robin a second time.)

Simply play one night as each character.

I'm not sure if it's a glitch but it only popped after I reselected the character I chose for the prologue. Also, I did try just switching them over one night in the Belfry without leaving and it didn't unlock until I had moved the nights on.

You don't even have to play. I just switched to each at the Belfry and when I switched the third time, I got the trophy.

This one is very easy to get. After escaping from the GCPD headquarters during the first Case File and returning to the Belfry, you’ll unlock the ability to switch characters. Simply go up to each suit in the Belfry, and change between all four characters to unlock the achievement.

When you are in the room where you are before the tasks, to the left of the computer in the corner there is a stand with the costumes of our heroes, select each of them in turn by holding down X.
