How to unlock the Gotham's Greatest Depths achievement in Gotham Knights - Definitive Guide
This is a horde mode-like feature introduced in this Title Update. Each Floor contains 3 or 4 levels of various challenge modes: defeat 4 waves of enemies; kill 4 faction leaders then the rest of the enemies; repair 3 or 4 generators where enemies will be constantly spawning; activate and protect a console from being damaged by constantly spawning enemies. Between levels in a Floor will be crates (usually 8-10 in total) of increasingly valuable materials needed to create higher level Suit / Melee / Ranged gear. It is recommended that you grab each crate on your first run through, as you will need a lot of materials to create your higher level gear.
Even on Very Easy, this will be a challenge. In particular, Floors 10, 20 and 30, which are escort missions with infinitely spawning enemies, can easily overwhelm you, even in co-op. It is possible to complete this solo, but it's recommended that you play with a friend (or setup a boosting session: https://www.trueachievements.com/creategamingsession.aspx?ga...)
This achievement will take about 5 to 6 hours to complete. Assuming that you run through each Floor relatively efficiently, it will take you anywhere from 7 to 12 minutes per Floor. You then want to be constantly upgrading your equipment, especially in the later Floors. By the time you each the Floor 30 and complete it, you should have at least one of each Suit/Melee/Ranged at Level 60, with a few level 55+ legendary mod chips per category. You will likely have to dismantle your lower level gear to reclaim some materials back in order to make new gear.
You need to complete all 30 Floors to unlock this achievement, however you can play these Floors out of order. My friend started playing with me at Floor 11 and we did Floors 11-28 together. He then went back and did Floors 1-10, before we both played Floors 29 & 30, which at the end we both got the achievement.
Floor access is gated on your story progress in New Game; later floors will be locked out for you if you haven't progressed far enough into the story. You can however join someone else's game who has completed the game and access all the floors with them.
And if you haven't unlocked these already, defeating relevant enemies in this mode will go toward these achievements.

There is an elevator in the back of the Heroic Assault lobby that will take you to a floor chosen by the player(s) on the computer to its right.
Once you enter a floor you must clear multiple areas of enemies and perform tasks like restarting generators. Each fighting area is separated by a mostly empty area that might have loot boxes, land mines, both, or neither.
As usual with these gauntlets, the difficulty will increase as you go and once a floor is completed you will return to the lobby.
Also you must finish a previous floor before moving to the next however in co-op you can jump around as much as you are able; all 30 floors need to be done in some capacity and not necessarily in order. You can also replay floors to grind challenges, gear, or materials you may want or need.
In most cases if you fail a fight you will restart back at the immediate area outside that fight so you don't need to do all the fights in one attempt HOWEVER you do need to finish an entire floor in one go (in other words you can't quit halfway and come back to the 3rd room of the 8th floor later)
The exception to this rule is every 5th floor which labelled as RECKONING and floors 25 to 30, which aren't labelled as Reckoning but will say it is when you start those floors.
These floors have NO checkpoints and actually DO need to be finished in one try.
Floors 10 and 20 have an additional challenge at the end where you need to escort a laser tank across enemy terrain while keeping within a certain proximity. (and if you've ever played Overwatch you know how fun that is🙄)
Sometimes the tank will stop and you need to restart it while you're being attacked amd on floor 20 there's a spot where you need to activate 2 generators, again, whilst being attacked (this is the only mission i've failed as of this writing but I finished it next try).
As for strategy, you can go in solo or co-op. Most people swear by co-op because having someone taking out goons while you start generators is ideal however solo is just as possible albeit a little more frustrating.
I personally recommend you don't even bother with this mode either way until you beat Talia's showdown, which will net you a snazzy level 60 set of legendary gear and trivializes damn near everything but it's player's preference.
Floor 30:
I've found Nightwing to be VERY helpful since he has the Nest ability and at level 40 using level 60 gear I'm one-shotting almost everything so I can't speak much on the others but I did do the first 12 or so floors with a level 40 Red Hood (before I beat Talia's showdown) with relative success as well.

The game is glitchy, may freeze, and you have to complete the floor from scratch.
The last thing I had was that the joystick’s pause button just became active and the map was right at the very end of the test.
