This achievement is found on level 12. At the start of the level go straight right until you have enough room to loop around, then just follow directly over the top of your arm to the left. Go into the hole where your arm spawns from and

Any idea why it wont pop?
I have went in twice. Do i need to hit buttons or wait?

Level 12

You need to double back to where your arm spawns from. So head out to the right and up the little hole on the right side, then left and down the ramp and down the small hole on the left, then exit the left side of the screen right above your arm. You'll get an odd cutscene of animals partying and the achievement will unlock.
