How to unlock the No Assistance Required! achievement in Gran Turismo 7 - Definitive Guide

Go to the options menu either from the top left corner of the main menu screen, the pause menu, or before a race. Go to assist settings and set your presets to "expert". This will still leave on track markers but that won't matter. I would recommend leaving the assists to expert because you will become a better driver and it's more fun to take your own racing line rather than having the game tell you.

Just turn on the expert difficulty level in the help settings before the race. Can be combined with the By a Country Mile trophy. After passing the license for category B for all the gold, you will be given a Mitsubishi GTO Twin Turbo 91' The next task in the cafe will be to get a Fiat 500. With this car and on this track it is very easy to get both trophies.

I completed the first Sunday Cup (enabled in the parameters - expert) on a Toyota GT86 and they gave me a prize
