How to unlock the Is That All You've Got? achievement in Grand Theft Auto 3 - Definitive Guide

Note: This trophy is missable and potentially glitched. Please refer to the Note on missable trophiesin the opening post of this guide. In regards to the glitch, one of the Pay_phone missions for D-Ice in Shoreside Vale can be glitched, which makes one of the missions impossible to complete. Make sure you always have a backup save. For more information on the glitch, please refer to the 'Note on glitches' in the road map.

I advise you to collect hidden packages first - since for every 10 packages, various weapons appear near your house, which will greatly facilitate the further passage of the plot.

If you have completed everything according to the guide and the completion is stuck at 95%, then just drive to all the places where you drove the stolen cars, in all three locations there should be GTA3 shortcuts for calling stolen cars, usually the place on the docks where you drove the tank, FBI car, is buggy, ambulance, etc.

A few additions:
1. The taxi mission can be completed in no time. But it’s easier to go through it on the first island, at the very beginning. Will not be pursued by gangs + good money
2. The paramedic mission needs to be completed completely all 12 levels and it is also easier to complete at the very beginning.
3. I haven’t gotten around to checking it myself yet, but in the PC version it was possible to kill Keiji Keseni ahead of time in the mission on the roof of the parking lot. In this case it will not be 100%. He has 5 missions on the lower left side of the island. It’s better to go through them right away and forget. If you haven't completed all the missions yet. And the mission began with a murder in the parking lot - it’s better to fail it
4. Jump No. 9 to complete the car mission "Multistorey Mayhem"

A sign that you have completed all missions in a fire and police car is the presence of a flamethrower (fireman) and six police stars (policeman) at the garage.

Firefighter and cop missions need to be completed on each island, 20 of them respectively. With a cop, when using a bug with a pause, there will be no problems anywhere, but with a firefighter on the third island on Shoreside Vale there will be significant headaches due to the size and sluggishness of the car. I did this - I took a car near the airport, activated the task and drove only to points in Pike Creek and Francis International Airport, if another area fell out, I canceled the task and activated it again. Thus, it took 15 minutes to complete 20 tasks.

I did 1 in 1) I just arrived at the center of the bridge, turned my view left and right, examining the spawning cars, the bus appeared after 30-40 seconds. Before that, I tried to find him at the beginning of the bridge for an hour and a half.

Remember! On the second island, do missions exclusively in a certain sequence (i.e., for example, there is mission A, and when we complete it, missions B and C gradually appear, for example, and remember, do not complete missions randomly (i.e., mission B then mission A) Complete the task that appeared first!
Below I have posted a video of the game playthrough (remaster but it makes no sense)
Do tasks according to the sequence that the author of the playlist (en) does (the problem is that I’m on the 2nd island, I performed missions haphazardly but I knew that one character dies according to the plot, so the first thing I did was complete his missions, but as it turned out, I got stuck on one mission and accordingly I have 72 out of 73 completed missions and saving is forever stuck at 99%.
